Master Meditation and Yoga Instructor
Paulette Bodeman, founder and creator of Wake Up to Your WORTH, is known to have a profound capacity for reigniting the bold within. She is a master meditation and yoga instructor, having studied with world renown yoga scholars and teachers for 20 years. She has been teaching for over 15.
Through her program Paulette teaches that “yoga is not about mastering the perfect pose, but about embracing our imperfections.” Her breakthrough coaching program celebrates the perfection in our imperfections. “We all have a Humpty Dumpty story,” she says, “the key is to open your heart and allow the light to shine through the cracks.”
Paulette has a B.A. in Transpersonal Psychology and is a certified registered yoga teacher at the 500 hour level. She is also a Reiki Master in the Usui method, and is certified in the systems of Anusara Yoga and Integrative Yoga Therapy.

After spending 42 years in India where he was born, Rajiv migrated to Australia with his family in the late 90s and settled in Melbourne.
